- Own the roadmap and metrics for a core logistics squad.

- Work with data, engineering and operations to ship at pace.
- Balance customer, courier and merchant needs in every decision.
What you bring
- 5+ years in product, ideally on marketplace or logistics products.
- Track record of shipping measurable impact at scale.
- Strong analytical judgement and comfort with data.
- Clear communicator who thrives in a fast-moving market.
